Make It HAPPEN.
If you’re having a hard time writing, know this: It’s okay. Hear me out.
It’s a fight to write. I mean it. Speaking to the writers out there, ya’ll know. Although, when I’m inspired you can’t keep me from writing. But it’s not realistic for authors publishing their work to wait for inspiration to strike. We’d starve. But more than covering a blank page with sentences (which is the hardest part to me) I love editing and also the publishing aspect part of the whole process, and that’s what I use as my muse to finish something. That, and I like to see how long it can take me to write a book. My highest is about 15000 words in a day (12 hours). That’s a lot to some and a little to others. But what delights me is putting it all together and creating a work of art, not just the story itself but the cover, the blurb, and even the first few pages before the story. I like to try and attach a creepy poem or rhyme to a scary story and give it something unique, that’s something else I enjoy; adding extra spice so that the reader can grasp that this story isn’t like every other–this one had thought put into it. And seeing what I made give other minds fright, or, yes, even maybe some enjoyment, but mostly FRIGHT! Haha! Okay. Listen
Okay. Listen. If you’re wandering around the internet and you stumbled onto my blog and told yourself it’s for research on writing but you’re not writing then YOU SHOULD BE WRITING INSTEAD OF READING THIS. If you’re a reader then, by all means, read as much as you want.
But whoever you are. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Writer, self-publisher, and author…and more! I enjoy horror, adventure, and science fiction and find myself drawn to write about other worlds and the impossible.
